We had a guest star this week with Jenny B. Jenny introduces us to Yoga Nidra which is a guided practice like guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is practiced in the savasana pose, with a goal of deep relaxation and finding the middle ground between sleep and consciousness. Yoga Nidra slows the wavelengths in your mind as you enter a sleep-like stage. There is evidence that yoga nidra helps relieve stress.
